Step 1 We work closely with you to understand what you want to say, who you want to reach, and whose stories could help. We plan the project together, setting clear expectations of timescales, budget, and outputs.
Step 2 We carry out interviews – either face to face or by phone. All our interviews are recorded and transcribed.
Step 3 We can simply give you the interview transcripts to use yourself. Or we can weave it into copy or advise on how you can share the findings in films. If you want to use the findings to gain insights, we can help you identify and organise themes, and write up a report.
